The owner of Quilter’s Cabin is moving back into her log home in which I and my friends have had the pleasure of retreating the past few years. The good news is that Diane still has the original Quilter’s Cabin available for retreats. At our last retreat, some of us were working on some very special quilts that will go to women who are in a recovery program in Florida that is close to my heart for personal reasons. There are 13 women in the program right now and we hope to have enough quilts to deliver one to each of them when I go to Florida at the end of June. Here are some photos of the special quilts. As you can see by the tables, we’re pretty messy at retreat and we always have food and drink handy, but we always get a lot done.
